Dada employs an automatic punch press to effectively reduce the worker’s labor intensity, improve work efficiency, and allows for the production of highly precise circuit breakers. In addition our finished circuit breaker also possesses a quality surface treatment effect.

We utilize an automatic tapping machine, featuring stable operation, which is capable to tap more than 50 wire connectors in a single minute.
The injection molding machine is equipped with an electrical control system and electric components imported from European and Japanese famous brands.

As for welding machines, pneumatic riveting machines and bench-top presses are all available, allowing a daily riveting of 18,000~30,000 pieces of circuit breakers.

In Dada’s miniature circuit breaker assembly workshop, our highly advanced semi-automatic production line and fully automatic testing equipment are all fully utilized. In this workshop, molded case circuit breaker magnetic benches, including instantaneous trip test bench, short-time delay trip test bench and long-time delay are all available, supporting an annual production of more than 5 million miniature circuit breakers (MCB) and residual-current circuit breakers with overcurrent protection (RCBO), as well as 800 thousand pieces of molded case circuit breakers.

The assembly workshop efficiently integrates manual and semi-automatic assembling, commissioning, short circuit testing, magnetic trip test, as well as the performance testing and packaging, well ensuring the reliability and uniformity of our circuit breakers.

An automatic circuit breaker production system, an online testing and monitoring system for circuit breaker’s performance is also built in to this workshop as well.
